Ezer עֵ֫זֶר
Gadite warrior; joined David at Ziklag.
Biography
Ezer is mentioned in 1Ch.12.9 as one of the Gadite warriors who joined David at Ziklag when he was fleeing from King Saul. The Gadites were known for their bravery and skill in battle, and they were among the first to support David during his time of exile (1Ch.12.8). Ezer and his fellow Gadites were described as "mighty and experienced warriors" who were "expert with shield and spear" (1Ch.12.8). They played a significant role in helping David establish his kingdom and were known for their loyalty and valor.

Ezer
