Who is Helah in the Bible?

Helah was one of the two wives of Ashhur, a descendant of Judah and father of Tekoa (1 Chronicles 4:5). She bore four sons: Zereth, Izhar, Ethnan, and Koz (1 Chronicles 4:7).
