Where is Azmon in the Bible?

Azmon was a town located on the southern border of Judah in ancient Israel. According to biblical records in Numbers and Joshua, it served as a boundary marker for the promised land, defining the limits of Israelite territory in the Negev region. Scholars identify Azmon with the modern site of Ain el-Qaseimeh, situated northwest of Kadesh Barnea in what is now the Sinai Peninsula. While Azmon receives only brief mention in Scripture, it holds significance as one of the defined borders of the land that God promised to the Israelites.
