Where is Beer in the Bible?

Beer was a site in the wilderness where God miraculously provided water for the Israelites during their exodus journey, as recorded in Numbers 21:16. At this location, the Israelites sang a song celebrating the well that their leaders had dug, marking God's provision during their time in the desert. The exact geographical location of this biblical Beer remains uncertain among scholars. Additionally, Beer appears as a place of refuge in the book of Judges, where Jotham fled after delivering his parable from Mount Gerizim to escape his brother Abimelech, though this Beer may be identical to the town of Beeroth.
