Where is Cabbon in the Bible?

Cabbon was a town located in the lowlands of Judah during biblical times. It appears in the Book of Joshua as one of the settlements in the tribal territory of Judah. While Cabbon is mentioned only briefly in Scripture, it represented one of many towns that comprised the lowland region of ancient Judah, an area known for its agricultural productivity and strategic importance. The exact modern location of Cabbon remains uncertain, though scholars place it somewhere within the Judean foothills. As a Judahite settlement, Cabbon was part of the broader territorial division described in Joshua when the Promised Land was distributed among the tribes of Israel.
