Where is Ithnan in the Bible?

Ithnan was a town located in the Negev region of southern Judah, as listed among the cities of Judah in Joshua 15:23. The Negev was a semi-arid area in the southern part of ancient Israel, and Ithnan served as one of the settlements in this region during the period of the Israelite conquest and settlement. While Ithnan itself is not the site of major biblical events, its mention in the list of Judahite cities indicates its significance as part of the territorial inheritance of the tribe of Judah following the conquest of Canaan.
