Who is Meshobab in the Bible?

Meshobab was a leader of the tribe of Simeon during the reign of King Hezekiah of Judah, as recorded in 1 Chronicles 4:34. He is mentioned among a group of prominent Simeonite leaders, including Jamlech and Joshah, who guided their people during this period. Under Meshobab's leadership, the Simeonites conducted a military campaign against the remaining Amalekites and successfully took possession of their land.
