rder of Judah (Jos 15:3, the King James Version "Adar"). The same as Hazar-addar (Nu 34:4).

Where is Addar in the Bible?

Addar was a place located on the southern border of the territory allocated to the tribe of Judah in ancient Israel. It appears in the Book of Joshua (15:3) as a boundary marker defining Judah's territorial limits, and is also referenced in Numbers 34:4 as Hazar-addar, which means "village of Addar." This location marked the southeastern frontier of Judah's inheritance in the Negev region. While the exact modern location remains uncertain, Addar's inclusion in boundary descriptions reflects the biblical importance of clearly defining the tribal territories that God allotted to Israel after their conquest of Canaan.
